Walls talks about latest offer from Syracuse
This past Friday, St. Joseph Prep's Benny Walls (Class of 2016) announced that he had received his fourth offer from Syracuse.
The offer was the second ACC offer for the 6'0", 195-pounder. His father talked with PA PREPS about what the coaches told him in regards to how they view his son as a football player.
"The (Syracuse) coaches like his rudeness," Walls Sr. said. "They like the fact that he (his son) can cover a receiver and tackle the hardest runner. They love his toughness."
The younger Walls talked a little bit about his upcoming travelling plans for the next few weeks.
"I'm going to Georgia this week with my high school team," Walls said. "I'll also be taking visits to Boston College, Syracuse and Pittsburgh." Pittsburgh is the only team not to offer Walls out of those three and Walls mentioned that they didn't say whether they would offer him at camp or not. However, he did add, "North Carolina said they would possibly offer if I went to their prospect camp."
