Temple has targeted Owen Bowles, a junior defensive tackle, out of Cedar Creek High School in New Jersey.

Bowles announced his latest offer from Temple via his twitter account:

Bowles, listed at 6'4", 266 pounds, also holds offers from Old Dominion and Rutgers.
