Penn State commit Robinson to miss a few Weeks

Earlier today, it was reported on another website that Penn State commit Andre Robinson would be out for an "indefinite" amount of time due to a "lower leg injury" suffered in last Friday night's game against Steelton-Highspire. Several hours ago, PA PREPS spoke with Robinson (Bishop McDevitt- Harrisburg) to find out exactly what was going on.
"I'm not sure why that information was sent out earlier", Robinson said in reference to the earlier report. "I only have a bone bruise (on his knee) and I could play this week if I wanted to", Robinson added. Robinson says he expects to miss one or two weeks of action.

PA PREPS TAKE: It wouldn't be a surprise IF head coach Jeff Weachter held him out for more than a couple of weeks to make sure he's one-hundred percent healthy. Bishop McDevitt has enough fire power to be able to win several games without him. Quarterback Nick Marsilio will definitely need to step his game up.
