South Central PA currently has a very talented crop of 2018 prospects. Micah Parsons (Central Dauphin - Penn State commit), Shaquon Anderson-Butts (Harrisburg), and Zack Kuntz (Camp Hill) are the three players that are currently getting the most buzz. Charlie Katshir, a 6'3", 190-pound athlete out of Cumberland Valley High School (PA), is another 2018 prospect from SCPA that should get more attention in the upcoming months.

Katshir did most of his damage on the defensive side of the ball. Anybody familiar with Cumberland Valley and their wing-t offense knows that they don't throw the ball too many times per game. From his safety position, Katshir finished with 48 tackes (23 solo) and a whopping ten interceptions during his sophomore campaign.

On the offensive side of the ball, Kathsir caught 25 passes for 371 yards (over 14 ypc) and six touchdowns during the 2015 season. Again, he's never going to catch over 35 passes in the offense he plays in, but he certainly one of the better up and coming wide receivers as well in the class of 2018.

Check out his sophomore season highlights below.
