After visiting Syracuse yesterday, Parkland's Noel Brouse announced his commitment to the Orangemen via his twitter earlier today:

The 6-foot-5, 260 pound Brouse had several offers from FCS schools and an FBS offer from Old Dominion. Brouse, a standout two-way performer for Parkland, decided to make a decision about his collegiate football future before his senior season.
"It's a perfect fit," said Brouse when asked why he chose Syracuse. "I love Coach (Scott) Shafer (head coach) and his coaching philosophy. Syracuse has a beautiful campus and it's in great proximity to my house. I love the ACC conference and Syracuse's academic reputation is outstanding."
Brouse also talked about what the coaches like about him as a football player. "They like the fact that I'm athletic and I play on both sides of the ball," Brouse said. "They like the fact that I have a great GPA, they like my size, and they like my personality."
Brouse had intended on visiting both Penn State and Rutgers this weekend, however, those plans are obviously cancelled. Brouse is the only player from Pennsylvania currently committed to Syracuse from the 2016 class.
