Linebacker waiting on 'chance'

Linebacker prospect Reggie Northrup is not one to stand around. That's why, when he tells you he wants a chance at a starting position on the next level, it's believable.

The facts back him up.

Northrup and fellow Jacksonville (Fla.) First Coast junior linebacker Joseph Jackson currently hold written offers from WVU, but as many as three other teammates are under the guise of WVU assistant coach Robert Gillespie. First Coast will send wide receiver Kenneth (K.J.) Myers to Morgantown this summer. He signed with the Mountaineers on Feb. 2.
