Tuesday didn't end the way Norco (Calif.) four-star linebacker Scott Starr had hoped, but his second spring football practice also started unexpectedly. Nominated for a spot in the Army All-American Bowl next January, all eyes were on Starr as the USC coaching staff paid a visit to Norco.
